We are looking to add an enthusiastic and reliable member to our accounting and tax team. Duties will include :
- Review of corporate and personal tax returns
- Review of financial statements
- Assisting partners with tax planning, reorganizations and compliance
- Client communication and relationship management
- Other tax related tasks as required
Skills and experience required :
- Preferably 5 years experience in public practice accounting and tax
- In-depth tax/General Practitioner tax course is an asset
- Computer and technological proficiency
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Caseware Working Papers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written correspondence
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to multi-task and produce results under pressure
