Venera Khussainova - Senior Accountant

Venera joined Hutcheson & Co. in 2018 as a CPA accountant. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts, with Accounting and Auditing as her majors, in Kazakhstan and Master of Business Administration in Maastricht, Netherlands. Working at Deloitte Kazakhstan as a Senior Tax Consultant, she mainly specialized in international aspects of taxation, including double tax treaties and withholding taxes.

Venera obtained her CPA designation in 2015 and following this started her career in public practice in Canada. Her areas of expertise are accounting, business and personal income taxes and logging tax. Venera fluently speaks English and Russian. In her free time she loves cooking, exploring the island and learning Spanish.
