Basil joined Hutcheson & Co. in January 2024 and, following two co-op terms with the firm, became a full-time Staff Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting Major from Camosun College and is currently enrolled in the CPA Professional Education Program.
His main areas of interest are Canadian taxation and financial statement engagements. Basil grew up in Surrey, British Columbia. Outside the office, he enjoys sports such as cricket.
