Basil is a Staff Accountant at Hutcheson & Co., having first joined the firm as a co-op student in January 2024. He is currently completing his second co-op work term and will begin working full-time in September 2025. Basil plans to start the CPA program in Fall 2025.
He is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Camosun College, expecting to graduate in August 2025, and has completed a Business Administration Diploma in Finance from Camosun College in December 2024.
Basil’s areas of interest include trust, estate, and personal Canadian taxation. He grew up in Surrey, British Columbia, and enjoys cricket and field hockey in his free time.
