Danielle Killam - Principal

Danielle is a principal with Hutcheson & Co.  She completed a Diploma in Business Administration in Accounting from Camosun College and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University.  She completed her designation in 2010 and has 17 years experience working in public practice.

She specializes in compliance and advisory work including financial statements, corporate tax, personal tax and planning for small to medium sized owner-operated corporations and corporate groups.  Danielle enjoys connecting with clients, learning about their businesses and helping solve any issues they are facing.  She has several family members that are business owners so has a good understanding of the complexities of running a business from both the personal and professional perspective.

Danielle has been fortunate to spend her life living on Vancouver Island.  She enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers on the board of directors at Providence Farm as Treasurer.  In the past, she spent six years supporting the business community through volunteering as Treasurer on the board of directors of the Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking and travelling.
